CNL Healthcare Properties Announces Anticipated Completion Date of Its Initial Public Offering

(ORLANDO, Fla.) Oct. 21, 2014 — CNL Healthcare Properties, a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on senior housing and healthcare facilities, announced that the anticipated completion date for its initial public offering will be on or about Jan. 30, 2015.  As of June 30, 2014, CNL Healthcare Properties received approximately $758 million in gross offering proceeds. 

CNL Healthcare Properties has filed a registration statement for a follow-on offering of shares of common stock with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The registration statement has not yet become effective. CNL Healthcare Properties expects to begin the follow-on offering upon completion of its initial public offering.
